Rachel Birge

Rachel oversees Metonic’s investor relations activities for the portfolio of commercial and multifamily real estate investments. This includes areas such as financial reporting, data systems, internal and external communications, and corporate and property-level marketing. She is a member of Metonic’s leadership team and is responsible for improving core business processes to maximize efficiency and enhance operations.

Prior to joining Metonic, Rachel served as Investor Relations Manager at a regional syndication firm that invests in affordable housing properties financed with low-income housing tax credits. During a 12-year tenure she was responsible for managing a $1.8 billion real estate portfolio, providing asset management services, reporting to investors, and underwriting real estate transactions.

Rachel earned her MBA and BS in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
