Sean is the National Vice President of Customer Experience at Apartment Life, an organization that partners with management companies and owners to create meaningful experiences so that every individual feels like their community is home. He has served in leadership with organizations in the broadcast marketing, non-profit and multifamily industry and champions his passion for how an organization's culture and innovation can impact its bottom line.

Sean has been involved in the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO) since joining the multifamily industry 10 years ago and is the immediate past president of their charitable foundation (AAGO Foundation). He also serves as the Florida chapter advocate of Hatching Hope, a multifamily non-profit organization that provides relief and supplies to residents who have been displaced by fire or disaster.
