Instructor Information

Chuck Ketchum is the head Instructor of the Nebraska Maintenance Academy. He is a seasoned veteran of the multifamily industry that brings a fun no-nonsense approach to maintenance instruction. Expect hands on training and step by step guided instruction leaving you with confidence to tackle any appliance repair or emergency this winter.
