Do you have, or are you, a new property maintenance technician looking to grow your technical skills? Join the NMA's Spring Semester and obtain over 240 hours of hands-on education.
The NMA was created to assist the multifamily housing industry by providing vocational training and certification programs to fill key maintenance roles in the state of Nebraska. Our mission is to offer training to any individual who desires a meaningful career.

- Basic Electrical

- Groundskeeping
- Tile and Flooring
- Pool Maintenance/CPO
- OSHA 10 Certification
- EPA 608 Instruction and Exam
- First Aid/Safety/CPR/AED
- Customer Service
- Financial Planning
- Interview and Interpersonal Skills
Practicum & Hands-On Training
The program is designed to include an on-site practicum. This will provide students with additional hands-on training to increase competency and confidence.
The program will run as follows;
- April 21st-May 2nd, Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm at the AAN
- May 5th-June 27th, Monday - Friday 8:00am-12:00pm at the AAN office 1:00pm-5:00pm onsite at property
- June 30th-July 11th, Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm onsite at property
