Rewarding team members can be difficult as every team member feels appreciated differently. How would you help people feel valued as a team member? This is where rewarding the right way can be used to help increase productivity. Our lunch and learn will highlight communication skills and love languages in the workplace. Concepts driven from Gary Chpmans's book, The Five Love Languages: How to Express Heartfelt Commitment to Your Mate, are adapted into the workplace to help build positive relationships with co-workers. Many times we feel like we are showing appreciation, however we are not speaking the same language as the person receiving the appreciation. Learn how to recognize your work love language, recognize colleagues love languages, and how to use love languages appropriately.
