Legislative Donation - Optional

The following are issues that the AAN worked on in 2022:

• Work with the City Planning Dept on the Housing Affordability Action Plan
• Support the second round or ERAP funding and work to establish proceedures to expedite distribution of funds
• Advance the Security Deposit Return bill, LB 532
• Pass the Assistance Animal Integrity in Housing Act, LB 309
• Establish a partnership with Together Omaha to create a pilot program for eviction mitigation
