2022 Membership Dues

Membership renewal time is right around the corner!  You can expect to see your dues invoice on or around November 16th.  

Owner and Management Company dues are $250

Per Property dues are $30 plus a per unit fee based on community size.

• 100 units or less currently is $2.32, will be $2.36
• 101-400 units is currently $2.22, will be $2.26
• 400+ units is currently $2.17, will be $2.21

You may choose to also pay for the optional Property Class Pass for 2022 for a one-time fee of $300 and the optional Legislative Donation of $35

Supplier dues are $365                                                  

All renewals are due on January 1st, 2022.  If your renewal is not paid by February 15th, your bill will incur a 5% late fee.
