$400 annually on the calendar year

Companies under the Supplier Member category include those companies that provide products and/or services to the multi-family housing industry. Examples under this category include, but is not limited to;

  • Lawn Care
  • Painting
  • Carpet
  • Pest Control
  • Furniture Rental
  • Graphic Design
  • Advertising

Supplier Members are encouraged to get involved with every facet of the AAN. Three seats on the AAN Board of Directors are designated specifically for Supplier Members. Furthermore, Supplier Members are encouraged to get involved with AAN committees.

  • We are dedicated to your professional growth. AAN holds monthly classes for all office staff and a separate class dedicated to the Maintenance Team. These sessions are available for you to attend at no additional charge. AAN also offers the National Designation Programs locally. These include CAS, NALP, CAM, CAPS, and CAMT.
  • Annual Professional Networking Opportunities: Property Tour Day, bowling and golf evens and member lunches.

Owner/Management Company

$250 annually on the yearly calendar

You qualify as this type of member if you are a corporation, partnership, firm or person who owns, develops or manages affordable multi-family housing within the jurisdiction of AAN.

  • AAN actively advocates for and monitors regulations and laws that directly affect the multi-family industry.
  • We are dedicated to your professional growth.
  • The AAN holds monthly classes for all office staff and a separate class dedicated to the Maintenance Team.
  • We offer National Designation Programs locally, including NALP, CAM, CAS, CAPS, and CAMT.
  • Annual Professional Networking Opportunities: Property Tour Day, bowling and golf events and member lunches.
  • Dual membership with the National Apartment Association
 Join as Owner/Management Company

Apartment Community

$30 per property with a per rental door rate of $2.50 for communities of 100 units or less, $2.38 for communities with 101-400 units, $2.33 for communities with 401+ units.

This membership is for multi-family residential buildings or several buildings within one complex.  The Owner/Management Company must also be a member in good standing.
